Refer to answer: Causes are either autonomic nervous system, cardiac, and vascular system. Also could be due to middle ear problem secondary due to virus or other causes. Please refer to your physician for work up.

Unknowable: Cardiac: tachy or brady cardia or electrical issues with electrical heart block. Chemical: diabetes, hypoglycemia. Medications and low blood pressure. Need some testing to sort out.
