Adenoma can enlarge: If you do not take the dostinex, (cabergoline) your tumor can (and will) enlarge and cause a variety of problems. It may enlarge very slowly, but can also enlarge faster as it gets larger. Please discuss reinstitution of Dostinex (cabergoline) with your physician. It is an easy way to prevent future problems.
