No: You are safe if you switched directly from one birth control pill to another without skipping any days. You completed one packet & then opened up another brand & started it as you should. Your own ovaries remain suppressed and would not have made eggs. Taken correctly, the pill prevents 99% of pregnancies. Remember, it does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases, including hiv.
