Surgical weight loss: Your current bmi is 44.4. Based on this, you are greater than 100 lb over your ideal body weight. A review of the medical literature over the past 100 years would statistically suggest your likelyhood of losing an appreciable amount of weight and keeping it off are about 0%, especially if you have developed an underlying medical condition like HTN or diabetes. Consider surgical weight loss.
