Maybe!: Your weight seems a little high for your height as your bmi ( a measure of height to weight) is 26 - in the overweight area.A goal is to have a bmi between 19-25, or a weight between around 94-119 or so.Other variables such as muscle mass play a role though.For healthy weight loss, watch what you eat, exercise and shoot for 1-2 lb/week. So in 8 weeks it is more realistic to expect to lose 10-12 lbs.
