Can my doc diagnose a sebacous cyst on my lower back just by getting history and feeling it?

Possibly: Sebaceous cysts have a very characteristic appearance and in an otherwise healthy person it would be reason to make this diagnosis, potentially remove the cyst if it is troublesome, and then just follow along to make sure additional or concerning changes do not occur.

Why waiting: So get it removed by simple office procedure and prevent pailful future infections.
