Very unlikely: Unless you are bleeding at this point in the pregnancy (or if you got pregnant with an intrauterine device in place), it is very unlikely that you would have chorioamnionitis. Not everyone with BV needs to be treated when they are pregnant, but given your history, you should be tested and treated if the test shows you have it.
