Life can be good: I hope that you test HIV negative, but with today's medications, your life can be near-normal. You'll need to disclose your status to the person if you plan to marry and if you're ethical to any partner. Your may not be able to get an organ transplant, and there will be some medication side-effects. Whatever happens, be strong and love wisely.
