Hormonal?: Sounds like either premenstrual or early pregnancy symptoms. Why not take a pregnancy test if that is a risk. If the symptoms don't go away and you are not pregnant call your doctor.

Cysts?: You may have that sensation because you have cystic breasts. That can occur near your period or if you are sensitve to caffeine porducts or chocholate. Your breast size is what g-d gave you. If concerned see your ob-gyn.
