Why do you ask?: You describe yourself as a 20 year old man. If you have abnormal breast development that somebody has told you is due to "excess estrogen" (which may or may not be true), a trip to a surgeon and an outpatient procedure can fix this easily. If for some reason you've been told you have high estrogen levels, this is best discussed with the physician who told you, feel free to get a 2nd opinion.
