Anti funfal: Nizoral (ketoconazole) cream is essentially an anti fungal cream.I wouldn't use it for pimples.

Pimples: Nizoral (ketoconazole) cream is a treatment for yeast and fungus. It will not treat acne pimples because acne is due to a combination of bacteria, sebum, cornification, hormones. It could make acne worse by blocking up the openings of the pores. You can get effective acne therapy from your doctor.
