Plantar fasciitis??: Heel pain can be from a number of things but plantar fasciitis is a common cause. This is an inflammatory condition caused by a strain of the plantar fascia, a thin band of ligaments that attach from the heel to the forefoot. See your doctor as there can be other causes of heel pain, or if your pain does not improve.
