Concussion = TBI: Concussion is lay term for traumatic brain injury. Check out http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/concussion/ds00320 for more info. Have someone take you to get medical evaluation if there's any concern especially if loss of consciousness (blacking out), (increasing) headache, or change in function. Don't drive yourself as you might get into an accident along the way.

Concussion Diagnosis: Concussion is caused by trauma to the brain. Concussion causes a constellation of symptoms including headache, confusion, nausea, dizziness, mood changes and sleepiness. You can have a loss of consciousness as part of the initial injury but this does not happen in all concussions. Treatment is rest and gradual return to activity. Contact your doctor to help with the diagnosis.
