WOW: With all that supplementation, you had better be sure to be plenty hydrated. I suggest backing off a bit on the supplements, and focus on a diet rich in fibre - fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids - water and juices preferred. Stay active, and don't be fixated on your movements. One doesn't have to go every day to be regular. Good luck.

Constipation: Citrucel is a brand of fiber. We need 25-36g daily along w/adequate fluids & regular exercise to keep our bowels moving. Risk for colon cancer increases as we age so we start screening at 50yo. If there's a change in bowel habits, especially if black or tarry stools, pencil thin or ribbon flat stools, unintended weight loss, etc, go see your family doc for appropriate screening.

Fiber and water: You may take a fiber laxative and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
