Hormonal problem: If your menses are coming 10 days later than expected (about 38 days between menstrual bleeding) then you likely have a hormonal problem, usually related to abnormal ovulation. If you are just interested in regular cycles, then birth control pills should work great. If you are interested in pregnancy, you will need to see your doctor to determine the exact cause and treatment.
