It can help: Laser is helpful in treating smaller diameter vessels. A surgical approach is required for larger vessels. A type of laser that is called an "endovascular" laser is slightly more invasive. Sometimes surgical removal is needed.

Yes, they can!: Thermal ablation (laser or by rf current) is meant to close the axial reflux in the main trunks of both long and short saphenous vein that sustain/fill the varicose tributaries. There are potential complication as well as failures. To wide saphenous trunks and tortuous saphenous trunks are clear contraindications as the results will be poor. The minimally invasive pin stripping is far better.

Absolutely: Laser treatment has been shown to be extremely effective in treating variocse veins--even large ones. Unfortunately, just treating the underlying source of the problem with laser (or even surgery) might not totally take care of all of the visible veins you have. If that is the case, other (adjunctive) procedures might be needed, including minor surgery, laser or rf , and/or sclerotherapy.

Varicose Vein Laser: Yes. There are multiple types of vein lasers & they tend to be very effective for curing vein diseases. An endovenous laser treatment, known as evlt, is used to treat varicose veins. Other types of surface lasers are used to remove spider veins. Often combined treatment are used, i.e. Laser and sclerotherapy vein injections. Make sure you see a vein specialist (vascular surgeon) to discuss.

Varicose veins.: Varicose veins usually do not disappear with laser treatment. Think of your veins like a tree with a trunk and branches. The varicose veins are the branches coming off of a trunk. The malfunctioning valves in the trunk need to first be treated with a closure procedure then the varicose veins can be treated by microphlebectomies or sclerotherapy.
