Too much - not good!: Good morning, too much of anything is not good. You can get water intoxication also. When it is too much, it can change the electrolyte balance of our system, and feeling sick is one way to tell you that you needed to stop drinking water at that time. When you have an unpleasant experience with anything, it stays in your memory, and you develop a fear of getting sick again. You will overcome this!
