RLS: Can be a lot of things but it is the urge to move foremost. Some people say it is a pain or just a rush from the inside. It can be described like growing pains. But, when up and moving this goes away. Hope it helps.

Irresistible moving: It is an irresistible need to move ones legs in order to alleviate an uncomfortable feeling of itching and/or aching of the legs that almost always occurs at night when you are quietly resting your legs. It is usually alleviated by moving the legs. Make sure you fit this symptom complex.
