Shortness of breath: Shortness of breath, cough, chest tightness, heaviness in the chest, low oxygen levels. Chest X-ray shows congestion, sometimes effusion, enlarged heart. Treatment starts with oxygen, diuretics. Determine the cause, treat accordingly. A pressure mask might help in certain circumstances to assist with breathing.
