I got a c-section 2 weeks ago and i looked at it today and there is leakage down there it's an orange color is it an infection ?

Probably not: It is probably clear (/serous) drainage with some blood in it that looks more orange than red. You should call you ob/gyn, however, as this is not common. Not an emergency unless having increasing pain / fevers / nausea & vomiting.
