Relax: Use your anxiety to make good life style choices. Avoid alcohol, tobacco smoke, eat a healthy diet with lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, avoiding sugar, salt, and commercial animal fat and processed foods. Get a good night sleep and move through the day and learn to manage stress well. See kelly mcgonigal's book the will power instinct, 2012 to lower stress and move towards health.
