Still possible: Th side effects of Alesse are possible at anytime. Call an Emergency Medical # (911) immediately if you have signs of a blood clot which include sudden vision loss, stabbing chest pain, feeling short of breath, coughing up blood, & swelling or redness in an arm or leg. Also call for medical assistance if you have any other signs of serious side effects.
