Possibilities are: Ear wax, infection or nerve damage (less likely with your young age). Have it examined esp if it's accompanied by fever, ear discharge or headache. Hope you feel better!

Get looked into!: You literally need a practitioner to look into your ears with an otoscope to see if there is impaction of the ear canal with wax or foreign body. Ear wax can totally block the canal and diminish your hearing. Very common. Wax is usually flushed out. Do not try to use a q-tip! you will only cause more problems!
