Difficult to say: Some people bleed after intercourse due to trauma and inappropriate lubrication. Pain after intercourse can be due to structural problems. Infection should be ruled out as well, especially sexually transmitted disease. If there are psychological issues with sex, you can potentially have pain and cramping, but not usually bleeding. See your doctor.
