Gd afternoon doc, i wanna ask about my mom since three days ago her getting pain when swallowing, pain in the muscles and fever, what therapy to her?

Take her to a doctor: I'm so sorry your mom is sick! she needs to be fully evaluated by a doctor to see what is going on. It sounds like an infection, and at the very least you should let her doctor know what is going on, and have the doctor decide when she should be seen.
