Very concerning : A ruptured ovarian cyst would definitely not cause anything like what you are describing. If you are really swelling in your legs, abdomen and have been diagnosed with an ovarian mass please see your doctor asap. These are concerning symptoms for more serious conditions than an ovarian cyst. The kidneys and heart need evaluation too.
