Sore Throat: Besides hydration and otc throat lozenges or sprays, please know that if the soreness persists or you have other worrisome symptoms such as fever you need to be seen by your medical advisor. Strep throat can seed bacteria making these simple sore throats potentially deadly. Do not ignore if you do not quickly improve.

Let me help: The best thing you could the reason for the sore throat? Is it strep throat? Is it from mono? Is it part of flu or common cold? When you find out you speed the recovery. The other thing to do, drink warm liquids (soups); gargle with mild warm salty water. Take decongestant. Good luck.
