Inflammation!: Inflammation from any cause causes brain fog...Think back to the flue! if you experienced a reduction in inflammation, your brain fog would improve.

It's working: Methotrexate starts working after 4 to 8 weeks with maximal benefit at a particular dose around 3 to 4 months-- a great medication.We don't fully understand how it works but it's one of the best steroid-sparing agents (same as steroids but much safer long term).Methotrexate injections under the skin are relatively painless, fewer side effects, and more dependably effective than oral form.
