I have some black spots on the skin of my testicles. how can they be removed? thanks

Scrotal black spots: Angiokeratoma of fordyce, are tiny black and purple bumps on the scrotum of some men. There may be dozens of them, or just a few, or none. They are completely safe, and usually do not cause any problems at all. If you scratch one, it may bleed a bit. They are only a cosmetic issue and not a health issue and do not have to be removed. Your skiin doctor can remove them.

If so these are like dilated capillaries and contain blood and are not necessary to treat unless they keep bleeding. They are not easy to remove if there's a lot of them. They can be cauterized. If you think your spots may be something different have a doctor look.
