If just happened: Take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) now and if severe, then get seen at hospital. You may need a steroid.

Allergic reaction: Please make sure that you have an emergency kit on hand at all times if you have had a severe reaction! the kit should include 2 epi pens, 50mg of Prednisone and an otc zyrtec (cetirizine). A trip to an allergist would be a good thought as well.
