Allergy to what?: What did the doctor say you were allergic to? and what treatment was prescribed or suggested. Stop all soaps, lotions, etc you have been using. Using unscented detergents, no fabric softeners (cuz sheets, pillows & towels touch face) Only clean gently w/ room temperature water or a mild hypoallergenic soap. Try over the counter hydrocortisone cream 3 or 4 times daily for 5 days. No help? See doc
