Of course not: In fact my mom was 44 when she had me. And remember if you're at all thinking about getting pregnant start taking Folic Acid to reduce the chance of neural tube defects and there was a recent study that showed it may even reduce the risk of autism.

Pregnant: No, but there are increased risks to pregnancy with potential complications and higher risk for developmental problems with baby at a more advanced maternal age. However, most pregnancies are healthy and babies are born normal and healthy. Talk to your doctor.
