See your OB: You may have your dates off or the fetus is just small. Your OB can examine you and reassure you.

Not showing: It largely depends on body build when you will show. Lighter, thinner people show early; medium or large build people tend to show later. If you're not showing after 20 weeks, i'd be concerned enough to get an ultrasound to assess for development.
