Penis hurts: The head of your penis shouldn't hurt with sex or with ejaculation. If it has been going on for 3 years, i would recommended getting it checked. One cause is chronic prostatitis, where the fluid from the prostatic vesicles is infected and irritating. Other stds could do this, but not likely to last for 3 years. If it occurs only with your wife on top, it may be simple obstruction to flow.
