Please clarify: Pregnancy occurs with one egg and one sperm meeting at the exact same time. The sperm is fresh and the egg is ready for impregnation at the time it is ovulated. Any sperm deposited in the vagina when ovulation is occurring can cause pregnancy. Sperm come from the penis. A penis inside of the vagina.
