Maybe normal: Thin individuals have prominent pulsations. However have him checked for marfan's syndrome.

Marfan's Syndrome?: There is a condition known as marfan's syndrome that is associated with unusual height and an unusually large "wingspan" (broad arm span from fingertip to fingertip). It involves the body's connective tissue and can impact the heart. This kid is probably just tall and skinny, but it wouldn't hurt to have his doctor check him out. Lgromkomd.
