How long will continine remain in system after not smoking for 10 days? previously cut down to 2-4 cigarettes a day for 2 weeks from 1/2 pack daily.

1 week: Cotinine has a half life of 20 hours. After 1 week it is gone from your system. If you stopped smoking for 10 days your cotinine should be negative in urine.
