Past few days i've had dull stomach ache, diarrhea and some burping. feel fine everywhere else. no nausea or anything and still have a good appetite.

Stomach ache: You are describing mild stomach discomfort with gas and mild diarrhea without any other symptoms. This is mostly like a mild form of viral gastroenteritis ("stomach flu"). It should stop by 3-4 days. As long as it does, you don't need any evaluation. If it persists, see a doctor. In the meantime, if you want, you can take Imodium (loperamide) ad over-the-counter to slow the diarrhea.
