I had a ct angio the first of this month and the doctor hasn't called me in or anything should i take that as a good sign ?

Call your doctor: I would recommend asking your doctor for the result. Your doctor may require a visit to go over the result with you. Alternatively you may be able to obtain the radiology report at the center/office/hospital where you had the study done.
