Sinus infection: Sinus infections are caused by blockage of the sinus cavities. These may be bacterial or viral in nature. Symptoms include fevers, malaise, nasal congestion, & pressure in the face and cheek area. Depending on the cause and severity, treatments include nasal rinses, antibiotics and steroids.
