Not really.: I think the problem is more with the paroxetine than desloartidine. I have only a handful of patients on paroxetine, weight gain is an issue. I have not seen it with claritin! have you?

Paxil/Claritin: Not unless pt. Is susceptible, such as pre-diabetics, or have metabolic abnormality.
