Need an exam: This could be several things ranging from malabsorption to inflammatory bowel with several other possibilities in between. Your should absolutely be seen by a physician for testing. Your passing out may i dictate a severe anemia or electrolyte imbalance.

INFLAMMATORY BOWEL: Your symptoms , without any investigation, sound like an autoimmune disease called crohn's disease, one of the inflammatory bowel disorders. There could be other causes, so you should definitely seek a medical opinion. In the meantime, make sure you eat well, get your rest, and avoid stress, when possible.
