A few possibilities: This could be (1) musculoskeletal pain (like pulled muscle, broken rib, vertebral compression fracture), (2) kidney pain (like kidney stone or infection), (3) herpes zoster (also called shingles) (4) pleurisy (inflammation of lining around your right lung in that location), (5) and maybe something else not coming to mind right now.
