No good way: Sorry about the inability to breast-feed. We used to use medication to "dry up" breast milk, but it caused more problems, and the recommendation to use it was pulled. Just because you are binding your breasts doesn't mean you will get an infection - it's just uncomfortable as all get-out! you could start taking birth control pills, and that would more quickly stop milk production. Matter of time..
