Lesions don't meandz: Lesions can be anything from simple visible changes from infections in the past or irritation from a number of things or they can be benign findings or more serious. Hpv is not the only std so that doesn't mean that you couldn't have something more serious or that u might not have another std. Lesions is a term to refer to changes in the tissue. Need follow up for clarification with your gyn.
