Allergy?: If you have any allergy history at all, or have sneezing, itchy eyes, consider adding an antihistamine such as loratidine or zyrtec. Most allergic people respond even better to nasal steroid sprays. Also singulair (montelukast) (rx) can help if you have allergies.
