I'm a flight attendant. had worst possible pressure in my ears last 3 days of flying (2 legs/day) to the point it felt like my ears were going to bleed took sudafed and eased some pain on descent. should i continue sudafed + wrk tmrw or go to doctor ?

Go to doctor: meanwhile continue Sudafed, unless hypertensive, use saline nasal washes and OTC steroid nasal spray, read the labels carefully, chew a gum on take off and landing if you have to fly, best wishes
