Ovulation period: After a confirmed ovulation, your best chances for getting pregnant is anytime (or multiple times) within the next 72 hours (ie, 3 days).

No: Actually that is a good time to do the insemination. The ovulation predictor kits generally precede an ovulation by about 24 hours.
