ASK YOUR OB !!!!: You should not have to ask that here ! call your OB as your OB can tell u if you are in labor yet as you have a ripe cervix and could go into labor at any time and the pressure is from the baby dropping in your vagina, any ?S or concerns at this point should be directed to your doc and your doc should respond , if you are worried and your doc doesn't respond then go to the labor room.
