How do i stop a surgical wound weeping?

Talk to your surgeon: There are many reasons for a surgical wound to continue to weep or drain fluid. First- is the wound closed completely (primarily) or was it intentionally left open? If left open- drainage at be normal. If it was closed together after surgery- continual drainage is abnormal. This is possibly an infection. Discuss the situation with your surgeon.
